Yes. We arrange transport across major cities, regional areas, and private addresses. Each booking is reviewed before confirmation so route, access, timing, and item details are clear from the start.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Book Transport page and submit your pickup details, delivery details, item information, and any special access notes. Once reviewed, the booking details and pricing can be confirmed.
Are your prices fixed on the website?
No. Guide pricing may be shown to help with planning, but all transport is subject to confirmation. Final pricing depends on distance, item type, number of items, access conditions, and timing.
Do you handle fragile machines carefully?
Yes. Pinball machines and arcade cabinets often include glass, artwork, electronics, and older components that require careful handling. Protection, stability, access, and transport conditions are considered from pickup to delivery.
What if there are stairs or difficult access?
Please mention stairs, narrow access, heavy items, or difficult entry points when requesting your quote. This helps the job get assessed properly before transport is confirmed.
Can I book more than one machine at a time?

Yes. You can request a preferred pickup date when submitting your booking. Timing is always subject to route planning, availability, and final confirmation.
What happens if I need to change or cancel a booking?
Changes and cancellations are handled in line with our Cancellation Policy and Change-of-Date Policy. Please contact us as early as possible if your booking needs to be updated, as availability and scheduling may affect what can be changed.
