Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions before requesting transport with Pinball Movers. This page explains how quote requests, bookings, payments, access requirements, cancellations, liability, and customer responsibilities are handled.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to transport services provided by Pinball Movers for pinball machines, arcade cabinets, amusement equipment, and related items.
By submitting a quote request, confirming a booking, or using our transport services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not automatically confirm a transport booking.
Quote requests are reviewed based on the information provided, including pickup and delivery locations, item details, access conditions, timing, route availability, and vehicle space.
Any pricing shown on the website is a guide only and may change once the full transport details are reviewed.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once:
- The transport details have been reviewed
- The price has been confirmed
- Pickup and delivery requirements have been agreed
- Any required payment or deposit has been received
- A booking date or transport window has been accepted
Until a booking is confirmed, Pinball Movers is not required to reserve vehicle space, driver time, or transport availability.
4. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting transport.
This may include:
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Contact names and phone numbers
- Item type, size, and quantity
- Access details at both locations
- Stairs, steep driveways, tight access, lifts, gravel, or uneven ground
- Any fragile, heavy, modified, or high-value items
Pinball Movers may revise, delay, or cancel a booking if important information was not provided before the job was confirmed.
5. Access Requirements
The customer is responsible for making sure there is safe and reasonable access at both pickup and delivery locations.
This includes ensuring that pathways are clear, items are accessible, parking is available where possible, and any required permissions have been arranged.
If access is more difficult than described, additional charges may apply. In some cases, the job may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
6. Item Condition
Customers should inspect and document the condition of their item before transport.
Pinball machines, arcade cabinets, and similar equipment may already have wear, loose parts, brittle plastics, old wiring, cabinet damage, glass issues, or internal faults due to age and previous use.
Pinball Movers is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden faults, electrical faults, ageing components, or issues that become noticeable after transport but were not caused by the transport process.
7. Preparation for Transport
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for making sure the item is ready for collection.
This may include removing loose items, securing keys, removing personal belongings, unlocking doors or gates, and making sure the item can be safely moved.
If an item is not ready at the agreed pickup time, additional waiting fees, rescheduling fees, or cancellation charges may apply.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.
Pinball Movers may require full payment, part payment, or a deposit before confirming a booking.
If payment is not received by the agreed time, the booking may be delayed, released, or cancelled.
9. Cancellations and Change-of-Date Requests
Cancellations and date changes are handled under our Cancellation / Change-of-Date Policy.
Because transport bookings are planned around route timing, vehicle space, driver availability, and other customer bookings, cancellations or date changes may result in fees.
Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or change a booking.
10. Delays
Pinball Movers aims to meet agreed pickup and delivery timing wherever possible.
However, transport may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, customer delays, access problems, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pinball Movers is not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.
11. Liability
Pinball Movers will take reasonable care when handling and transporting items.
Liability is limited to direct loss or damage caused by our proven negligence during handling or transport.
Pinball Movers is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Internal electrical or mechanical faults
- Loose, brittle, aged, or previously repaired components
- Damage caused by poor access or inaccurate customer information
- Loss of income, business interruption, or indirect loss
- Damage caused by events outside our reasonable control
12. Insurance
Customers should check whether their item is covered by their own insurance during transport.
If the item is rare, high-value, collectible, or difficult to replace, the customer should consider arranging suitable insurance before transport.
Pinball Movers does not guarantee insurance coverage for every item, route, or transport situation unless this has been confirmed in writing before the booking.
13. Refusal of Service
Pinball Movers may refuse, delay, or cancel a job if the transport is unsafe, the item is not as described, access is unsuitable, payment has not been made, or the customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Information on this website is provided as a general guide only.
While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, pricing, availability, routes, service areas, and booking conditions may change without notice.
